    Hiring for Head Sales & Marketing for Plastic Container Manufacturing CompanyLocation- NoidaExp-15 YearsKey Responsibilities:Having exp of working closely with FoundersSales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and tracking performance against targets.Revenue Growth: Set ambitious sales targets and lead the team in achieving or exceeding these goals through innovative approaches and customer solutions.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and identifying upsell opportunities.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall company objectives.Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies, enhance the customer experience, and support business growth.Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize team productivity.Qualifications:Experience: 15 years of sales experience, with at least 10 years in a sales leadership role.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving/exceeding sales targets in previous roles.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop sales professionals.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies, with a focus on sustainable growth.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
