Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager Real EstateLocation: (Sector 63, Sector 126) NoidaCompany: Money Tree Realty Services LimitedEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in real estate sales. The role involves managing a sales team, driving property sales, developing client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Generate business through client meetings, channel partners, site visits, and corporate tie-ups.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and developers/builders.Create and execute strategies for lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.Handle negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth transaction management.Monitor daily sales performance, prepare reports, and present MIS to management.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in NCR.Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales service support.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial/team-handling role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.Strong network in Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market preferred.Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.Good communication skills (Hindi & English).Own vehicle preferred for client visits.QualificationGraduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary package Performance-based Incentives.Attractive rewards & recognition for top performers.Fast career growth opportunities within the organization.
