Job Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop innovative campaigns, and leverage your expertise to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities for the agency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship building. . Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to create compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals for potential clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and advertising, to maximize brand exposure and lead generation. Track, analyze, and report on key sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the [industry or relevant field]. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
