This position is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client presentations, and nurturing relationships through regular follow-ups. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns, optimize social media and digital outreach, and analyze performance metrics. The role also involves preparing reports, forecasting sales, monitoring market trends, and contributing to the refinement of Fam Growth Medias service offerings.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales and business development within digital or marketing services, with strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.Proficiency in social media marketing, online campaign planning, and digital brand positioning to support clients growth objectives.Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and use insights to refine sales pitches and marketing strategies.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain marketing solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align sales goals with content and campaign execution.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales are an advantage.Previous experience in an agency or media environment and familiarity with the Noida or NCR market is preferred. .
