Job Description

    *Position*: Business Development Executive *Experience*: 6 months to 3 years *Education*:Any graduate/ MBA *Job Location*: Sector 58, Noida *Employment Type*: Full-time *Nature of employment*: Target Based *Role Description* Drive revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients. *Key Responsibilities* - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals - Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos to pitch solutions - Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs - Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, contracts, and onboarding - Maintain sales pipeline and reports in CRM *Requirements* - 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Target-driven with ability to work under pressure - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho - Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida
