Job Description

    Location - Noida Profile - Sales Team LeaderMinimum 1 year experience as a sales team leader in BPO industryRoles and Responsibilities1. Team Management & Leadership:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 25 telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Create a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure maximum productivity and low attrition rates.Delegate tasks effectively, set clear deadlines, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the team.Evaluate team performance by monitoring key metrics and provide regular feedback to improve outcomes.2. Sales Strategy & Execution:Facilitate direct sales by guiding telesales executives in engaging potential customers and closing sales.Develop and implement telesales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager to optimize sales performance.Conceptualize and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to drive incremental revenue.Ensure all sales activities are properly recorded in CRM, Dialers, and other relevant software.3. Training & Development:Coach team members on effective sales techniques and best practices to enhance their skills and performance.Conduct regular sales training sessions and provide expert knowledge to help team members excel in their roles.Create and maintain sales scripts, workflows, and campaign timing to improve efficiency and consistency.4. Customer Experience:Ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.Address and resolve customer escalations promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.5. Reporting & Analysis:Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including sales conversions, call quality, and campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with the MIS team to visualize sales activities and performance through dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the Sales Manager.6. Process Optimization:Continuously improve telesales processes by benchmarking best practices and implementing innovative solutions.Manage and track the implementation of telesales improvements to ensure high retention rates and consistent results.7. Compliance & Operational Excellence:Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all telesales activities.Maintain operational discipline by ensuring proper use of CRM, Dialers, and other tools.Key RequirementsSalary - Upto 7 LPA
