Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, specifically within the Sales Cloud environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Flow, and other related tools. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing our Salesforce environment, ensuring smooth integration with other systems, and enhancing the overall functionality to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet the needs of sales teams, including building custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows. Develop and manage Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, and other automations to streamline business processes. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize lead and opportunity management, reporting, and forecasting. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing customizations. Ensure best practices are followed for coding, configuration, and data security. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deploy solutions using Salesforce DevOps practices such as CI/CD. Create and maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and customizations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales Cloud. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC). Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools. Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques. Understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing, security, and best practices. Experience in developing and implementing complex custom solutions on Salesforce. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, AutoRABIT) and CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Sales Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience with Einstein Analytics or Salesforce CPQ. Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integrations. Understanding of Agile methodologies and working within a Scrum team. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges and deliver results under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
