Qualifications - Bachelors Degree and AboveJob Grade - 09Job Description &requirements: - Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Manage Users, Data and Security, Build Reports & Dashboards, Training, work in Agile environment. - Overall IT Administrator/DBA experience. - 5+ to 8 years of experience functioning as a senior (or only) Salesforce.com Administrator for Enterprise edition or higher preferably Lightning Unlimited edition (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization). - Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a must. - Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 301) desired. - Proficiency with Salesforce.com data management tools including Data Loader. - Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards. - Troubleshooting user issues, Maintain user Roles and Profiles, Security settings, Access settings etc. - Business Analyst support for release management activity, testing and writing defects, regression testing, testing bug/fixes to see if it meets business needs- Knowlege of writing complex SQL Queries- Hands on experience on Salesforce Einstein / Wave Analytics dashboard designing via SAQL / JSON code.- Prior experience of having maintained/ developed Operation reports through Data Mining/Crunching in the past would be a strong plus.,
