Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities

  • As aSr Salesforce Developer, you will be closely working with Technical Architect/Product Manager to implement the desired solution.
  • Candidate will be guiding theProduct Owner and the Developmentteam towards creative uses of standard features to meet business requirements instead of simply relying on custom code solutions.
  • Candidate will be actively participating in requirement discussion with business team and provide constructive feedback to respective stake holders.
  • Candidate will be responsible for guiding junior developers in delivering the solution on time toQA.
  • Candidate will also work on development of various solution as an individual contributor as well.
  • Candidate will also be working closely withL1/L2support team to fix the day-to-day production issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 6 years of experience progressive software development experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with salesforce as a developer orSr Developer role.
  • Must have hands-on experience forApex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the companys programs.
  • Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across all platforms.
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integratingsalesforce.comwith other systems.
  • Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
  • Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users.
  • Strong experience inVisualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning
  • Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming
  • Experience usingSFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
  • One should have the ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines.
  • He/she will guide and mentor developers, including keeping stakeholders informed of technical progress and risks.
