  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Lead a team of 5-10 developers b: Prepare Technical Design/Solution Document based on business requirements c: Perform Build and Unit test of LWC modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality d: Conduct peer review, guide team members e: Status reporting of the tasks completed by team as per agreed schedule f Capable of Integration with Salesforce and third party systems
      • Technical Experience : a: Salesforce LWC, Salesforce Lightning Aura Components, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, SFDC Integration b Hands on knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Web development c Understanding of Lightning Data Service, Lightning Message Service d: Development project on custom development using Forcecom with min 3 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology e: LWC Development, Lightning Aura Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation tools, Rest API f: Troubles
      • Professional Attributes : a: 6 years of Salesforce experience b: Good communication skills c: Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore d: Agile methodology is an advantage e: Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines f: Team player, ability to work independently and assist junior team members
    • Educational Qualification : BE or equivalent
