Job Description

    8 years experience in SAP implementations, this initiative is focused on ECC to S/4HANAStrong experience (at least 4 years) focused on and managing data conversion activities:Data Extraction: Extracting data from the legacy systems.Data Cleansing: Cleaning the data to remove duplicates, errors, and inconsistencies.Data Transformation: Transforming the data to fit the new systems format and requirements.Data Mapping: Mapping the data fields from the legacy system to the new SAP system.Data Loading: Loading the transformed data into the new SAP system.Data Validation: Validating the data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Data Reconciliation: Reconciling the data to ensure that it matches between the legacy and new systems.Testing: Conducting tests to ensure the data conversion process works as expectedAbility to provide direction / oversight of data conversion activities for RTR and Finance objects.Requirements gathering & documentationAble to do basic querying in SQLHas leadership experience to be able to provide to junior team membersNeed to be able to dig in, find solutions to problems independently.
