Job Description

    JOB Description:Key Responsibilities:
    • Be part of a team that solves problems and provide solutions for large, corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile and distributed teams, across multiple areas of Supply Chain Management, depending on project scope and at various stages of the project lifecycle
    • Solid understanding of supply chain interfaces (CIDS, RTI or SDI) and their capabilities aligning SAP solutions with customer requirements
    • Implement and configure SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning , Supply Planning-Heuristics & Order based, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, Sales & Operations Planning, Control Tower) to meet client requirements.
    • IBP Advanced Configuration (Enterprise Structure, Master Data etc)
    • RICEF / Custom Dev FSD OSD, Testing Cycles (FUT, FIT, UAT, Regression)
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
    • Design and develop IBP planning models, integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, and data management processes.
    • Integration experience of the modules that directly integrate with IBP (e.g., Production Planning, Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management)
    • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
    • Support IBP solution testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end supply chain improvements.
    • Stay up to date with the latest SAP IBP trends, functionalities, and innovations.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
    • Hands-on experience in at least one or more SAP IBP modules.
    • Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA integration with IBP.
    • Awareness of various project lifecycle tools such as Atlassian JIRA, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Signavio.
    • Familiarity with CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services) for data transfer.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • SAP IBP certification is a plus.
