Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and support SAP PLM implementations for clients across various industries.
    • Analyze business processes and translate them into SAP PLM solutions that drive business value.
    • Provide expertise in SAP PLM modules such as SAP DMS (Document Management System), SAP PDM (Product Data Management), SAP Portfolio and Project Management, and others.
    • Collaborate with clients to define system requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful integration with other SAP and non-SAP modules.
    • Configure, test, and optimize SAP PLM systems according to project requirements.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure system efficiency.
    • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP PLM configurations and customizations.
    • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project timelines.
    Required Skills and Experience:
    • 5-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
    • Proven track record in SAP PLM implementations across multiple projects.
    • Strong experience in SAP PLM modules such as SAP DMS, PDM, SAP Project System, SAP Portfolio Management, etc.
    • Solid understanding of integration points between SAP PLM and other SAP modules (SAP MM, SD, PS, etc.).
    • In-depth knowledge of business processes within product lifecycle management, product development, and engineering.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues and requirements.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience in leading workshops, training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
