    SAP Project Manager_Greater Noida_Full-TimeJob Title: SAP Project ManagerJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Greater NoidaWork from office : MandatoryExperience :15 - 20 yearsKey Skill : Must managed SAP end to end implementation projects, SAP RISE Implementation, HANA migrations, Project Management, Client management.We at Coforge are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong functional background, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management (SCM), to lead and manage S/4HANA implementation, SAP RISE projects and global rollout projects.The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects across geographies.Key Skills: Must directly managed implementation/Roll out projects in SAP RISE, S4HANA. Managed at least 2-3 largescale Global roll out projects. Must have good communication, stakeholder management and client handling skills. Good functional and implementation knowledge earlier (preferably Manufacturing/SCM).Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP RISE, S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Functional Expertise: Leverage deep functional knowledge in Manufacturing or SCM to guide solution design and business process alignment. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.Global Rollouts: Successfully manage 23 global SAP rollout projects, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure smooth deployment and support.Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Facilitate regular status meetings, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication of project updates. Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary to maintain project momentum.Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Oversee testing, training, and post-go-live support activities.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus. 10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP RISE, S/4HANA implementations. Strong functional background in Manufacturing or SCM is preferred . Proven experience in managing global rollout projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
