Healthcare test engineer with experience in testing health plan software systems like claims processing, enrollment, billing and EDI (834, 837, 271, 279, 276, 277 , 820, 835 etc) along with strong experience in test data management including any exposure to Masking and synthetic data tools like Red Gate, CATDM, informatica, will be a plus. Job Responsibilities Create & assist in quality engineering strategy, test planning and test data management. Requirement Gathering, understands software requirements and get clarifications Understands and follow the master test plan and/ or the project plan Create test cases based on the requirements, test scenarios and other design documents Create test data required for testing and configures the required test beds. Create Test Automation Script and execution. Manual & Automated Test Execution and Validation Test Result documentation and defect management. Test Management Guide and advise testers and work as SME for testing team Status Reporting Troubleshoot and support system and application problems Required Skills & Experience Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate. Graduate Degree preferred, BS in Computer Science (or related field) 6 to 9 experience IT Experience with 3 to 5 in Health Care Payer Domain Experience in any of the test automation tool ex. Selenium, MTM, QTP, UFT etc. Knowledge of Healthcare payer business claims processing and benefit configuration. Understand Medical Claims processing systems and hands on 2+ years experience working on any one of them ( ex. HRP, or Amisys Advance or Facets or LRSP or Xcelys OHI etc.) Experience in any of the RDBMS tools like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or Sybase is must 1+ Years experience in testing EDI transactions like (834, 837, 271, 279, 276, 277 , 820, 835 etc) Experience in any of the test automation tool ex. Selenium, MTM, QTP, UFT etc. Desired Skills & Experience Hands on experience in Test Automation Framework and script designing. Knowledge of Payer specific tools will be preferred ex. JCAPS, MACESS, AppWorx, Health Rules, Vistar, SIEBEL, PIVOTAL etc. Experience in testing business process modeling or workflow Has expert knowledge of the service interface and ETL Testing. Experience in any of the RDBMS tools like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or Sybase is must Ability to collaborate with a team of senior developers, testers and architects Experience in Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools Coordinate acceptance testing Experience working in waterfall, agile, DevOps SDLD modelsJob Segment: Consulting, Database, Oracle, Testing, Computer Science, Technology ,
