Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Automation System Design & Development:
      • Lead the design, programming, and implementation of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.
      • Develop and integrate automation software and hardware systems to improve production processes.
      • Ensure all systems meet the relevant safety and regulatory standards.
    2. Project Management:
      • Oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects from concept to completion, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
      • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
      • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
    3. Process Optimization:
      • Analyze current production processes to identify automation opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
      • Implement advanced control systems and troubleshoot any process issues.
    4. Team Leadership & Mentoring:
      • Lead and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
      • Provide technical guidance and training on automation systems and best practices.
    5. Equipment Installation & Maintenance:
      • Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation equipment.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with automation systems and machinery.
    6. Continuous Improvement:
      • Stay updated on the latest trends in automation technology and recommend upgrades or improvements.
      • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and reliability.
