Job Description

    Contribute to the development and release of web applications and data pipelinesSupport IT functions hosting services on GCP, continuous integration, test automation.Help our team support build and own the implementation and IaC supporting CI/CDUse modern infrastructure tools and platforms to automate our systemsResponsible for management and annual testing of our Disaster Recovery environmentsJob Qualifications:7 years professional work experienceExperience with Cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Dev Ops life cycle such as Linux System Administration, Build and Release Management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Configuration Management, and ContainerizationWorked on GCP network monitoring functions to centralize monitoring and verified network configurations, optimize network performance and increase network securityExperience in building batch and streaming data pipelines from multiple sources into Googles Big Query. Pipelines are built using Python and AirflowStrong knowledge of Ansible, Terraform & IaC scriptingContinuous integration (Semaphore, Jenkins), Test AutomationStrong programming and scripting fundamentals (Bash, PowerShell, Visual script)Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) to define groups, create users, and assign rolesProficient with the principles and best practices of software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design specifications, coding, and testing of applications with industry standard methodologies such as Scrum and AgileExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilitiesA desire to write tools and applications to automate work rather than do everything by handPassionate about Continuous Build, Integration, Test, and Delivery systemsFamiliarity with the following is a strong plus:Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Github. TFSDB: Postgres, MySQL
