Job Description

We are currently operating in 10 countries and send about 2000 Indians to global destinations every year.Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead Collections to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while adhering to organizational policies.Key Responsibilities:1. Payment Collections:o Follow up with clients/customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.o Handle inbound and outbound calls to address payment-related queries and reminders.2. Account Reconciliation:o Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate payment status.o Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records in coordination with the finance team.3. Reporting:o Prepare regular reports on outstanding payments and collections progress for management review.o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the system4. Compliance & Coordination:o Adhere to company policies and legal requirements for collections.o Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, and customer service) to resolve client disputes effectively.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years in collections, credit control, or a similar role.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with financial or ERP systems.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Potential for career growth and advancement.If you are a results-driven marketer with a passion for innovation and growth, wed love to hear from you.
