Job Description

    Job Role: Senior Graphic DesignerLocation: NoidaYears of Experience 5Job descriptionGraphic Designer you will work closely with our Senior Designers and Creative Team to assist in creating visually compelling graphics for various projects.Your role will involve contributing to the development of digital and print design solutions that align with our brand identity and meet client needs.This is an ideal position for a creative individual with a strong foundation in graphic design who is eager to learn and develop professionally.Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Assist in creating and designing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and more.Graphic Design: Produce compelling visual content that adheres to brand guidelines and project requirements. Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts. Project Support: Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Project Support: Provide support in preparing design files for printing and digital deployment. Project Support: Assist in the development of design mock-ups and prototypes for review and approval. Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to understand project objectives and provide feedback. Collaboration and Communication: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve design processes and outcomes. Collaboration and Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are met. Learning and Development: Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry best practices. Seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge through workshops, courses, and other professional development activities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A basic understanding of web design principles and software (e. g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Strong communication and time management skills. Additional Requirements: Creativity and a passion for design. Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly. Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team projects.
