Job Description

    Senior DesignerExperience: 5 YearsPosition Overview: As a Brand Designer/Visualizer at Believers Destination, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brands visualidentity and creative direction. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs, both online and offline, thatresonate with our target audience and reflect the essence of our brand. Your expertise will extend to packaging,point-of-sale materials, brochures, catalogs, online assets, social media creatives, and content strategy execution.Key Responsibilities: Content Ideation and Strategy:Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.Conceptualize and oversee the execution of diverse content formats, including videos, reels, advertising assets, etc.,while maintaining brand consistency.Online Asset Design and Management: Design banners, A content, social media creatives, and other online assets that drive engagement and conversionacross various digital platforms.Video Editing ( good to have ) Well versed with video editing and basic 2D animation. Can translate raw footage to compelling content.Retail Design: Ideating and Developing Premium point-of-sale materials (POSM), brochures, standees, and catalogs.Visual Production Oversight: Drive the ideation and execution of product shoots, model shoots, and other visual assets to create captivatingimagery that enhances our brands presence.Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to ensure high-quality production, from ideation topost-production.2D Animations and 3D Renders knowledge preferredQualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.5 years of agency experience. Should be well-versed with design software and technologies such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe CreativeSuite. Experience with Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects is a plus.A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work and also tells a story that you are a deepdesign thinker.Great written and verbal communication skills; should be open to learning deeply about the products.A skilled storyteller and conceptor .Please share your resume or Callhidden_mobileAmrish Singh [ Human Resource ]
