Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking experienced HR Process and Systems consultant to join our team with expertise in any of the following platforms: Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiter or other leading HR Tech. platforms in the market. As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with HR process owners to assess their HR technology needs, assess requirements, provide expert guidance, and drive project to implement solutions in collaboration with IT.This role requires a blend of techno functional proficiency, project management and communication skills.Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Process owners and end-users to understand their HR process and applications requirements, challenges, and objectives. Build strong user relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Conduct thorough assessments of existing HRsystems, processes, data structures and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Facilitate & drive HR Technology projects on. behalf of the HR Process Owners (Center of Expertise (CoEs) in collaboration with the Process Owners, HR applications team in IT & HR Operations Support (RSC). Play an active role in translating HR requirements for IT and able to utilize HR functional knowledge and technology know-how to steer the conversation. Driving handover of developed and launched process to HR Operations Support (RSC) ensuring proper documents and control. Gather business requirements from HR Process owners and end-users, collaborate with process excellence function & IT and drive User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the developed service or product. Design adoption programs such as communication and training to enable people to adopt new work methods and tools.QualificationsQualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field (Masters degree preferred) orhaving exposure in IT Deep technical knowledge and Proven experience with at least 7 years of experience with any of the HR Tech. platforms like Workday,ServiceNow, Smartecruiter etc. Excellent HR Process knowledge & functional skills (Talent, Rewards, Organization capabilities, Learning, HR Operations, Recruitment , Employee Listening, Succession Planning, Absence) etc. Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful Technology or Process implementations. Exposure with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and Automation practices. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Skill & Experience in GAP Analysis and business requirements gathering from end users & User Acceptance Test (UAT).
