Job Description

    About the role:As the Senior Manager - Product Management (Digital), you will play a pivotal role in leading the digital product management team to success. You will be responsible for guiding the team to create and maintain exceptional digital products, ensuring they stand out in the market. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including overseeing team dynamics, managing vendors, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring the seamless delivery of digital assets.Key Responsibilities:Product Management:Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team.Conduct competitor analysis to understand industry trends and what competitors are doing with respect to digitalproducts.Identify unique selling propositions (USP) for our digital products to make them stand out in the market.Lead the digital product management team to drive innovation and excellence in product development.Project Management:Create and. manage project plans to meet project goals.Ensure the team has the necessary resources and assets required for their projects.Work closely with the team to facilitate and monitor day-to-day project progress.Mitigate challenges that may arise in the teams work and assist in asset management.Vendor Management:Handle end-to-end vendor management, specifying work requirements and guidelines.Manage vendor relationships, including animation work and quality control (QC) testing.Ensure that vendor invoices are submitted on time and processed efficiently.Handle agreement creation work and ensure purchase orders (POs) are generated promptly.Manage contract agreements and approvals for all digital assets (R&P approvals).Asset Management:Oversee asset testing as an independent part of the development process.Conduct testing on individual and acceptance test (AT) builds when they are installed on systems.Team ManagementDefine roles and responsibilities within the team.Identify strengths and development areas of team members and help them growEngage, mentor and coach the team to perform.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.12-15 years of experience in product management, instructional design background is a plusStrong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.Experience in conducting competitor analysis and product differentiation.Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiations.Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
