Job Description

Pre - Tender Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all ISS (Integrated Security Solutions) products and related technologies. Create techno - commercial proposals and responses to RFQ / RFPs. Develop and deliver product and technical presentations in conjunction with the sales team. Design , estimation , detail engineering of end - to - end network / system architecture for the deployment of IP CCTV , LAN / WAN Networking , Network Security , Storage & Servers etc Maintain a current expert knowledge of all ISS products and services. Maintain a working knowledge of competitors products and services and of emerging trends in the ISS / NSS (Network Storage and Server) industry as a whole. Provide input for development of new products and enhancement of current products. Assist clients with ROI studies , equipment budgets , systems requirements and specifications. Excellent OEM relationship with Cisco , Juniper , HP , Allied Telesis , Avaya , Axis , Pelco , Hikvision , CP Plus etc. Conduct presentations and POC s. Support technical due diligence with potential customers. With Commercial Manager help shape the commercial offering , contracting strategy (both for supply and O&M) and project capture strategy. Prepare and pass the project go / no - go review. Tender Preparation / Proposal Preparation Understand customer requirements and Request for Quotations and communicate contract technical and commercial requirements to senior management. Work with the Commercial Manager on project capture. Form and lead a cross - functional team (Business Development , Commercial , Legal , Engineering , Operations) to plan and prepare the submission of the tender. Manage the budget assigned to the tender. Prepare and pass the business and sector Risk Reviews. Submit and present the technical offer to the customer. Specific Tasks Focus on existing PQC (pre requisite qualifying conditions) of tenders & alliances to fulfill the tender condition. Responsible for total project sales division performance in accordance with company policy and procedures Create and execute the sales business plan. Ensure store profitability , plan , implement and manage areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals , missions , and vision. To produce successful tender proposals - as well as other documents when required - based on good research and excellent communication with and support to colleagues across the company Manage and motivate the proposals team ensuring that proposal activities are focused on winning orders and continuously improving conversion rates. To ensure each tender submitted contains the correct proposed solution / product offering , any proposals are quoted at the right price (e.g. fully and accurately cost) and tender content is agreed with Finance and Operations Work with other team members , consultants , key customers , and key suppliers to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities. To develop negotiate & agree / confirm contract specifications with a variety of external groups , including contractors , end users & OEM Companies. Skills and Specifications Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode. Good decision - making , excellent communication and IT literate. Should have Techno Commercial knowledge Eligibility & Experience Preferred BE / BTECH & MBA (Sales / Marketing / Strategy) 10 - 15 years exp in design , estimation and detail engineering , bidding & winning in IT , System Integration projects from Govt. Enterprise & defense establishments. Preferred Certification : CCNA R&S CTC : As per industry norms Attributes : Candidate should be from Security & surveillance industry.
