We are committed to providing our clients with personalized and expert advice, helping them achieve their financial and strategic goals.About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will work closely with clients to identify their business needs and provide bespoke solutions, with the aim to ensure that client expectations are always exceeded. You will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, networking, generating leads and revenue, and building and maintaining relationships with existing clients & with potential clients, and exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will have expertise in various financial. domains such as Working Capital, Project Finance, Finance (Fund Based & non-fund based), Structured Finance, Construction Finance, and Private Equity.Responsibilities:Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online marketing.Conduct in-depth client needs analysis and tailor solutions to their specific requirements with the sound understanding of industry.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful mandate execution and sanction from financial institutions which will leads to client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Nurturing post-transaction relationship with clients for future prospects.Presentations and proposals that showcase Getfives value proposition.Collaborate with financial institutions during the process of proposals for approval and disbursement. Addressing queries related to proposals received from FIs and revert with proper justification.Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets. Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Business Generations.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, especially in the realms of Structured Finance, Construction Finance, and Private Equity.Qualifications:Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Chartered accountant or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in SME, Mid-Market, Corporate finance.Proven track record of effectively managing the portfolio having minimum ticket size of 10 crore or more in fund raising.Strong understanding of the financial services industry including expertise in Working Capital and Project Finance (preferred).Sound Client Base in Ahmedabad or Vadodara region (preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Exposer of other vertical such as Equity along with Debt.Professional development opportunities.The chance to make a real impact on the success of a growing company,
