• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, utilizing advancedEDR toolsto identify, analyze, and mitigate threats.
• Design and implementdetection rules and alertsto enhance EDR capabilities, ensuring timely identification of potential security breaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and respond to security incidents, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Provideguidance and training to junior SOC analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.
• Proactively search forindicators of compromiseand vulnerabilities within our systems, leveraging threat intelligence to inform your strategies.
• Contribute to long-termsecurity projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the SOC.

• Hold aBachelors degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Have46 years of experiencein aSecurity Operations Center (SOC)or similar role, with a strong focus onEDR technologies.
• Possess proficiency in advancedEDR tools, particularlyCrowdStrike Falcon, with hands-on experience inthreat huntingandmalware analysis.
• Demonstrate strongscripting skillsinPowerShellandPythonfor automation and analysis tasks.
• Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills, capable of presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
• Exhibitproven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring team members.
• Have stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Education
• Bachelors degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
