Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Noida Sector 126Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Telesales Executive to lead and enhance our telesales function within the real estate sales division. The ideal candidate should bring a proven track record in telesales, preferably in the real estate sector, and demonstrate the ability to drive conversions, mentor junior callers, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. This is a performance-focused role with significant potential for growth.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead telesales efforts by making high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients from qualified databases.
    • Present and pitch real estate projects with a consultative approach, emphasizing key USPs tailored to the clients interests.
    • Strategically identify and develop new lead sources through cold calling and proactive outreach.
    • Schedule and coordinate client visits to the project site or office, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Maintain a consistent and structured follow-up system to maximize conversion rates.
    Key Skills & Requirements:
    • Good to have experience as a telesales/telemarketing executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi .
    • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
    Education:
    • Minimum Graduate.
