• Hand on : a) Core UX experience b) B2B Experience c) good understanding of UCD methodology
• One complex case study to be submitted along with the profile

• Execute and drive multiple UXD projects by diagnosing business and user needs.
• Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes.
• Plan and conduct primary and secondary research.
• Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles.
• Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global designers.
• Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.
• Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality.
• Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time. You will love the role if you have:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience of all user-centred design processes. Expert level knowledge UCD methodology, information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles
• Experience in designing for various devices and systems (mobile, handheld, TV, display systems).
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills
• Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs.
• A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions maintain credibility.
• Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior, and synthesizing insights into design.
• Be organized and showcase excellent time management skills and be highly detail oriented.
• Ability to manage own timelines in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders.
Education/ExperienceMust have
• Expert-level knowledge of User-Centered Design methodology, information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles.
• Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior and synthesising insights into design.
• Maturity and openness to deal with tough business scenarios and ability to resolve conflicts.
• A flair for mentoring others and conducting training sessions.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, presentation and client relations management skills.
• Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs
• Be clear and effective presenter in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
• Eagerness to observe human behaviour and synthesize insights into design.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct complex B2B UX engagements.
• Experienced designing for various devices and systems (mobile, handheld, TV, display systems).
• Be organized and show excellent time management skills and be highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage individual tasks on time in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from management and stakeholders.
• Minimum 7+ years of solid UCD experience
