Job Description

    • As a Product Designer, you will be working closely with key internal stakeholders including our developers and product managers to design engaging experiences for mobile apps and web appplications
    • You will be involved with various design projects from concept to launch, defining the problem, conducting research, exploring design solutions, and validating those decisions with users and stakeholders
    • Youll provide value by producing thoughtful work, soliciting frequent feedback, and collaborating well with others
    • Prototype and validate your ideas through research
    • Work within cross-functional teams to define the strategy for new and existing digital products
    • Communicate design solutions and iterate based on feedback
    • Lead kick-offs, design sprints, and other project critical meetings
    • Well-versed in using design tools (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma) to create top notch products and deliverables.
    Qualifications:
    • 2-5 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing human-centred interaction design
    • Background within the entire product design cycle, from concept and ideation to research and validation through wire-framing and iterative client review cycles
    • A solid understanding of visual design fundamentals; typography, color, grid, space, and composition
    • Proficiency with various testing methodologies in a metrics driven environment including A/B testing, tree testing, user tests, live betas, and other internal tests.
    • Experience with server-side languages is a plus.
    • An earnest desire to solve complex problems with efficient solutions
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • A self-motivated willingness to constantly learn and improve your craft
    • Must be a team player
