    • Handle customer calls, service requests, and complaint registrations.
    • Create and update service tickets in the CRM system.
    • Coordinate with service technicians/engineers for service scheduling and follow-ups.
    • Monitor complaint resolution and ensure timely closure of service requests.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts and service support.
    • Maintain service documentation and ensure proper data entry.
    • Support the service team in achieving response time and customer satisfaction targets.
