Job Description

    Location: NoidaReporting to: Technical Manager-The candidate should want to work as field service Engineer in various sites over the stateand always deliver excellent Customer Service. They should travel to the sites where the ELVSecurity system wants to repair and service.Responsibilities: The service engineers responsibilities include Troubleshoot, repair, diagnose,creating preventative maintenance strategies & resolve the problems. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Communicating with clients and management to ensure that services are deliveredaffectively. Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers concerns. Monitoring equipment performance and developing preventative maintenancemeasures. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements. Flexible and problem-solving attitude Always deliver excellent Customer Service Ability to interact and communicate effectively with top management. Expertise in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving and design thinking.Qualifications and skills: Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electronics and Electrical Engineering. 2+ years related work experience with strong knowledge in the Access controlSystem, CCTV, Intrusion System, Flab barriers etc. Certifications in the ELV systems (Vanderbilt, Lenel, Ccure, Genetec, Axis,Milestone etc). Knowledge of maintenance and repair of Access control System, CCTV, IntrusionSystem, Flab barriers etc. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Must have good Microsoft office skills.
