**Service Now Developer + Admin**Should have working experience with ServiceNow or similar ITAM tooling in asupport development analyst role in a medium to large scale enterpriseorganisation.Proven customer support experience in an IT operations environment includingmanagement of own work stack comprising incidents, changes and asset recordsand escalation procedures.Must have experience of the following ITIL disciplines including:IT Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, ConfigurationManagement, Discovery and Service mapping.(Technical expertise areas) Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of Softwaresolutions. Service now implementation & Support experience in ITAMapplications (HAM, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping & CMDB) Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNowcomponents such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages,ServiceNow APIs, Workflows etc. Strong experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services,SOAP, email, MID, etc). Maintain production system reliability through utilization of AssetManagement process. Hands-on experience working with relational databases Experience analysing the issues, estimating the efforts and proposingsolutions or prototyping.
