SI Technical Project Manager GovernanceBusiness owner *Content Owner *VersionHR SAP References Job FamilyDisciplineNokia Job * Job Grade9Nokia Job ID *Nokia Job AbbreviationJob Profile IDJob Profile AbbreviationJob Profile Definition Key Tasks *Key ResponsibilitiesStrong technical knowledge in IMS, EPC, SDM domain to be able to technically drive projects and motivate team to ensure timely delivery.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in test automation framework (Robot) and Python scripting language.TPM will be primarily responsible for planning & execution of Testing and Test automation projects for Nokia VoLTE, SDM products.Collaborate with customer teams, architecture office, product line, various delivery units within NOKIA for project planning & timely execution.Strong knowledge and experience in handling projects using AGILE methodology/tools (including JIRA, QC, MS PROJECT).Track and manage task backlogs, effort & defects during E2E Test Automation delivery.Ensure projects are delivered as per agreed timelines by effectively reporting (to all stakeholders) & managing the risks & issues.Identify cost improvements within the organization by means of further automating delivery processes and ensure assets developed are reusable.Run daily scrum calls within team to remove any impediments causing delays.Strong DevOps knowledge.Ensure performance KPI targets are achieved as per the SLA.Able to continuously renew the automation & review guidelines set within the team. Ensure developed reusable keywords & test scripts meet the automation guideline.Ensure review process is diligently followed during GIT checkin.Mandatory Skills:Overall 10+years of experience in Telecom domain with 5+years Experience in managing project delivery in VoLTE, IMS, SDM Domain Projects as a Technical Project Manager/Engineering manager.Experience in managing delivery of testing and test automation projects in telecom domain.Strong experience in managing project cost, schedule, budget and ensure projects are delivered as per the agreed scope and timelines.Excellent understanding and experience working in Agile methodologies.Proactive in identifying project risks & issues and implement mitigation strategies on time to ensure project timelines/deliverables are not impacted.Excellent Stakeholder management skills, to work closely with Technical leads, architects, Program managers, customer team for effective planning and execution of testing/Automation projects.Able to plan and track project progress and generate burn down charts using tools such as Jira, QC.Experience working in 5G/4G/3G/2G technologies, expertise in one of the domains IMS/SDM/EPC.Working experience in Python/Robot framework. Good knowledge of GIT, Jenkins.Familiar with VNFI technologies, Open stack, SDN, Docker, Containers, Kubernetes, Cloud native conceptsExcellent team management and collaboration skills.Familiar with Devops CI/CD methodologies.Good understanding of Linux/CentOS, IP networking.Nice to have skills:PMP/Agile Scrum Master/PMI-ACP Certification is a plus. Prior Experience and understanding of Test automation solution using Spirent(Landslide), IXIA, SIPP, IPSL Experience in managing projects across Nokia specific IMS, EPC, SDM products and solution Understanding of 5G network elements and interfaces is plus. Understanding of Devops methodologies and tools is plus Basic understanding of ML/AL is plus Specific additional information:- You have a Telecommunications/Electronics/SW/Computer master s degree or equivalent through experience- Very high English proficiency- Up to ~25% travel (flexible) ,
