Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements., Job Responsibilities:Experience: 4 to 8 yearsJob SummaryThe candidate should have extensive experience with the user centered design (UCD) process andexperience in designing transactional or complex B2B or enterprise applications. The candidate shouldalso have a solid understanding of information architecture, mastery of user interface design, and strongvisual design sensibility. Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills. A portfolio of design work that conveys diversity and the ability to ship complex designs Extensive and up-to-date domain knowledge (Mobile/web) to understand stated requirementsand provide suitable solutions. Detailed understanding of layout, information design, interaction design patterns, and usabilityprinciplesJob Responsibilities Leading all design activities from inception to execution and launch. Solve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solution Develop high level and detailed wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to effectivelycommunicate ideas, information flow, and interaction design Create design frameworks and design system guidelines for the development team to deliverquality outcomes Collaborate with designers and PMs to shape the product Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external project stakeholders. Fully own multiple projects and work autonomously at times. Mentor other designers in the team and motivate them to achieve excellency. Contribute to the development of the design team s culture and quality standards. Always stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies Strong hands-on expertise using UX and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Sketch,Figma etc. Leveraging product data and market research to identify opportunities for both new productsand existing feature improvementsEducation and Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Designer and substantial experience in the ITindustry. BFA / MFA /B.Des/M.Des degree in design or equivalent (e.g. interaction, visualcommunications. Knowledge of Product Design, Design Thinking and Usability Principles is a must.
