Job Description

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for strategizing and executing the social media team in content design, execution, and monitoring of all social media accounts. The candidate should also be comfortable with creating, editing static and video content using Instagram & editing app features or softwares. They will also be responsible for working with cross-functional teams such as Copy, Creative, Ecommerce, Retail, Institutional Sales etc. to ensure that requirements are planned and delivered. Key Requirements are Excellent communication skills, a creative way of thinking, keen interest in luxury/beauty and should be comfortable with beauty content creation across formats.Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas):Strategy and Ideation researching and planning high quality, engaging and on-brand content across various social media formats like reels, carousels, statics, stories.Campaigns ideation and brainstorming on social media campaigns (including. influencer campaigns)Planning and executing monthly social media calendars with the social media teamDesign - knowledge of Canva, Inshot, Photoshop, Illustrator.Execution making post and story creatives, ensuring timely posting, well-written captions, hashtags and tagging.Desired Skills & Qualifications:4 - 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Social MediaPreferred industries: Beauty, Luxury Goods, Fashion, JewelryGood understanding of Social Media KPIs & trendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-organized with great time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills,
