We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to join our team in Noida. As an Automation Architect at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side languages, high-level design, and experience in AI/ML implementation or data science.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automated solutions to optimize processes and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead the. architecture and design of automation frameworks and tools. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance automation capabilities. Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation best practices. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing activities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation, AI/ML, and data science.Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8-15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation and architecture. Proficiency in at least one server-side language such as Java, Python, or C. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with AI/ML implementation or data science is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or Ansible. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
