Job Description

    Job OverviewWe are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Software Developer .NET (Team Lead) to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and overseeing the development of .NET applications. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in software development.Qualifications and Skills
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in software development
    • Strong knowledge of .NET framework and ASP.NET MVC
    • Proficient in C# and VB.NET
    • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design
    • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    • Lead a team of software developers and manage their workload
    • Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders to understand project requirements
    • Design, develop, and test .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET MVC

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
