What you will be doing: This position calls for a highly talented software engineer who works on cutting edge technologies like ML / DL / AI / etc. The R&D organization at Monotype operates at the frontiers of technology to generate transformational ideas. The R&D organization is comprised of some very curious and talented individuals , who are really good at observing customer issues , anticipating future needs and creating amazing solutions that can delight our customers. Not every endeavor is a swashbuckling success! Many ideas go nowhere , but the team learns and leverages this knowledge in future undertakings. What are we looking for Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science with 1 - 3 years of experience in C / C Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structure Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and divergent thinker Ability to take a problem , analyze , design , educate team members on it and work with them to solve the problem with high quality and on time. Knowledge of engineering best practices Open to move to a Machine Learning domain Exposure to Deep Learning , Neural Networks , or related fields and a strong interest and desire to pursue them will be a plus Knowledge of Python will be a plus Ability / Openness to work as to build services to expose these systems to customers is a must You will have an opportunity to: Learn Machine Learning and the state - of - art architectures in it Work / Maintain all new and old R&D Projects / Engines Work actively on POCs apart from regular R&D projects Write quality code while following best practices Communicate with different customers / Project Lead Managers to understand needs in different verticals and think of critical solutions in these domains Provide support to internal customers using R&D technologies with integration and feature issues,
