If youre passionate about technology and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.Role:Software Engineering Lead (Full stack developer) - Java, Kafka Experience:6 - 9 years Skills: Java, Spring MVC, Linux, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, JSP/JSF/Servlets, Apache Kafka, JUnit, Microservices, REST, Cloud (AWS or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, Github, Rally/Agile/Scrum, Python Location: NoidaPrimary Responsibilities:
    • Provide support for the Service Availability, Stability & Performance of application
    • Prepare the technical specification documents and developing the code
    • Design and develop services aligning with application enhancement requirements
    • Work on production issues on daily basis, should resolve the issues within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
    • While working on production issues: Code debugging, analyze the logs, perform reverse engineering to find the Root Cause and suggest the solutions for the permanent fixes
    • Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours or weekends
    • Involvement in all the activities during the SDLC, collaboration with different stakeholders
    • Conducting performance connects, identifying skills gaps within team and upgrading teams technical stack
    • Daily connects with functional stakeholders/users and delivering project work on time with good quality
    • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
