Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Test Execution: Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure software functionality. Record and document test results, and communicate findings to the development team.Defect Tracking: Identify, report, and prioritise bugs, issues, and inconsistencies using appropriate tools. Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of identified defects.Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been addressed and new changes do not introduce new problems.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and testing processes.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes and contribute to the overall improvement of the QA team.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in manual testing of software applications. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
