    • Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.

    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.

    • Assist in translating customer feedback for product improvement and development.
    • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills.
    Qualifications:
    • Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
    • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mentality.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
