Job Description

    Network Performance Stream at GDC-India is a team of MV NPO (Radio, Core & Tx) engineers, specialists & experts. The team works on multiple networks across the globe to improve & manage the network performance & user experience. What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
    • Be working as a Network Planning & Optimization Expert for 5G/4G/3G/2G Huawei/Ericsson/Zte/Samsung
    • Be responsible for managing Network performances/KPIs (Radio) - 5G/4G /3G/2G Huawei/Ericsson/Zte/Samsung
    • Be working on Multi-Vendor RAN products & tools
    • Be contributing in parameter standardisation of MV Radio Networks
    • Do feature trials to improve KPIs
    • Interact with the customer/ project team regularly to discuss & update on Network performance
    • Work on different time zone & calendar days, as per the project requirements
    Your skills and experienceYou must have:
    • Multi-Vendor Radio Optimization experience (E//, Zte, & Huawei)
    • Deep understanding of counters, KPIs & respective OSS tools (Netnumen, ENM, U2020, Netact)
    • specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual & practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements
    • NPO Tools expertise (MUSA, Atoll/9955, SON,3D GL,etc.)
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • NPO portfolio knowledge
    • Multi-Vendor AND Multi technology knowledge
