Job Description

    - Oversee the overall operations and administration of MB Global Academy (MBGA).- Manage MBGA as a profit and loss (P&L) center, ensuring monthly planning for optimal utilization of resources, including infrastructure, MB trainers, TLM materials, etc.- Handle the PAN India Partner Relationship for training and candidate management.- Conduct data analysis and generate insights; define and track key performance metrics to monitor success or failure, ensuring adherence to processes by the Operations team. This includes processes related to English language and technical certifications for international Magic Billion programs. You will also design, develop, and implement these programs with clear success metrics.- Continuously work to improve training models for both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Ensure successful completion of programs by enrolled students, which will be a key responsibility.- Identify the learning needs of each candidate and motivate them to complete their program in the shortest time possible.
