    Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Noida. This is a full-time position that offers an annual salary of 20,00,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to completion. As a Senior Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the architectural design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
    • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
    • Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
    • 7 to 12 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project management.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
    • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
