Job Description

    Designation/Position: Sr Recruiter (IT) Job Location: Noida, Delhi NCR We are seeking a Sr Recruiter (IT) with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically for one of the following geographies/countries: Australia, US, UK, Canada, or EU. The candidate must have experience in independently coordinating and interacting with clients to understand their requirements and deliver suitable candidates.Key Responsibilities:
    • End-to-end recruitment process for IT roles across multiple geographies.
    • Communicating with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
    • Managing the recruitment pipeline and ensuring timely placement of candidates.
    • Interacting with potential candidates and coordinating interviews.
    • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
