Job Description

    Job Title: Staff Nurse at Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida (800-bedded)Sharda Hospital, a renowned healthcare institution with an 800-bedded capacity, is seeking skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our dedicated medical team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth functioning of our hospital.Responsibilities:
    • Assessing patients health conditions and implementing appropriate nursing care plans.
    • Administering medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any significant changes to the medical team.
    • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
    • Assisting in medical procedures and surgeries, ensuring a sterile environment, and handling medical equipment with precision.
    • Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and necessary follow-up care.
    • Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
    • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and infection control measures.
    • Participating in continuous medical education and training to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
    Qualifications:
    • Candidates must have completed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized nursing institute.
    • Valid nursing registration and license.
    Experience:
    • Applicants should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital setting.
    • Experience in a multi-specialty hospital will be advantageous.
    Salary and Benefits:
    • The remuneration for the Staff Nurse position is competitive and can go up to INR 24,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
