Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage the entire store operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
    • Coordinate with the production, procurement, and quality control teams to facilitate smooth production processes.
    • Implement and monitor inventory management systems to track stock levels and reduce wastage.
    • Ensure the proper storage of materials to maintain their quality and prevent damage.
    • Manage the store staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
    • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
    • Conduct physical verification of stocks regularly and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Handle documentation related to store transactions, including goods receipt notes, delivery challans, and stock issue slips.
    • Adhere to safety, health, and compliance standards within the store area.
