Job Description

    Principal Duties:
    • Office 365 Administration and Deployment
    • The setup and maintenance of Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, and File Server.
    • Creating, Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Virtual Machines, installing Guest Operating Systems like Windows, and Linux from VMware and Hyper-V technology.
    • Act as a Microsoft Active Directory manager and corresponds to GPO update and DFS implementation and maintenance
    • Understand the End-PointTechnology and redemption approach
    • Create and provide solid documentation to capture the network diagram and information
    • Provide strategic direction to CCS Global Tech external customers
    • Participating in the pilot plan for infrastructure changes
    • Lead engineer to deploy monitoring/SOCK/ MSP agent indifferent clients environment and understand the MSP approach
    • Writing and reviewing functional requirement documents for new features and functionality
    • Provide strategic business consulting services to external customers
    • Understand and knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS
    • Full knowledge of troubleshooting and scripting and IT automation
    • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
    • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
    • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
    • Create and verify backups of data
    • Respond to and resolve help desk requests
    • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
    • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes
    • Review application logs
    • Oversight of support and monitoring processes of tools and systems including routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring applications
    • Install and test computer-related equipment
    • Understand the Security /Compliance/ Patch management process
    • Experience with IT reporting for MSP
    • Experience with Support Approach and Change management Processes
