SYSTEM ENGINEER - Noida - Lauren As an IT Engineer for Asia Manufacturing IT team, you will ensure that a high level of operational security is maintained within the company globally.The role of the IT Engineer Noida, as part of the Asia IT Manufacturing Team will be, IT Resource to support Noida Manufacturing Perso Operations :Here the primary task will be to; support(Noida) Manuf IT systems for GSM Manuf operations. This includes all IT infrastructure, servers and applications; coordinateall the ManufIT support activities in (Noida) withregional and HQ IT team; maintain a high level of IT services availability and practice IT Security standard support to ensure compliance with various site Personalization certification requirements; IT Resource to support office user IT Support to act as site IT interface with for site users (Office) IT Support. A week in the life of an IT Engineer: Responsible for all manufacturing IT systems deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade support including integration with WAN, LAN, firewall, associated HW / SW, etc. to support site Perso Systems / Application operations. Manufacturing PC standard image test and deployment Antivirus McAfee support and patch management for PCs and Severs Maintain high level availability of all IT systems in (Noida) Perso center Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance. IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management Implement Practice of Standard Operation Procedures in key areas (HW , Application , Certification support processes etc) Close co-operation with regional and global IT Departments in order to follow worldwide IT expertise and guidelines Support IT security audits; maintain a high standard of IT security; Support and compliance with various audits requirements related to IT such as GSM-SAS, PCI ISO etc. Office User IT support for end user laptop, desktop related office application (1st level) Knowledge, Skills and Experience: To succeed at this job, you must have: Strong skills and experience in VMWare (ESX Platforms), MS Windows Operations Support Good knowledge experience to operate manage SAN associated HW components Strong working knowledge of LAN technologies with hands-on experience in mid-size envs It would be preferred if you have Knowledge of IT Security and exposure to IT audit will be an advantage. You must be fluent in English. We would like someone to join our team who is Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems Efficient problem solver Good service oriented manner You must have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field. We are looking for someone with at 4 5 years of experience in IT support services, at least 3 years of experience with end user support, Microsoft Windows, VMware operations and support. ,
