Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager / Recruitment Managerwith expertise in hiring for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or Banking, FinancialServices, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years ofexperience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years focused on recruiting for LoanAgainst Property (LAP) or Home Loans (HL) roles.This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams and contributing tothe growth of an innovative and dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuringalignment with LoanKubers growth objectives.Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in LAP and HL operations.End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:Job posting and advertisement.Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments.Offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.Utilize multiple sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, employee referrals,and partnerships with recruitment agencies.Stakeholder Management:Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs andrefine job requirements.Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends to keystakeholders.Market Expertise:Stay abreast of trends in the NBFC/BFSI industry, particularly in LAP and HLrecruitment.Advise leadership on best practices for attracting high-performing candidates in acompetitive market.Recruitment Analytics:Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, andquality-of-hire.Use insights from recruitment data to identify areas for process improvement andenhance hiring efficiency.Compliance and Employer Branding:Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen LoanKubers employer brand throughsocial media, employee testimonials, and branding campaigns.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field (Masters degree preferred).Experience:Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 yearsfocused on NBFC/BFSI recruitment, specifically for LAP or HL roles.Strong understanding of the NBFC/BFSI landscape and functional knowledge ofLAP and HL operations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social mediasourcing techniques.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projectssimultaneously.Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights toimprove processes.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary and performance-based incentives.Career Growth: Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing company withavenues for professional development.Work Environment: Collaborative, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.Prime Location: Office conveniently located near Noida Sector 16 metro station for
