Job Description

    Job DescriptionPurpose of the job (brief summary):Assisting the HR manager with day-to-day responsibilities, overseeing staff, and providing stable leadership to the company.Key Tasks/Responsibilities:Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practicesUse various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairsConduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirementsProvide feedback to management about details regarding applicationsUsing standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor or Masters Degree preferred in HR.Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processesInterpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionallyExperience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidatesAbility to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may haveFirm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferredProficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidatesPrevious experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategiesEducation/ExperienceExperience: Minimum 4yearsBachelors or Masters Degree preferred in HR.Communication skills, Confident, Presentable, experience onrecruitment & talent acquisition.
